- Use https://www.sheppardair.com/milcomp.htm to study
- Go to https://faa.psiexams.com/faa/login to register for the test and find a testing center close to you
- Take the test and save your results
- Follow the steps in the IACRA Instructions document below.

- Letter designating you a naval aviator
